"Very pretty and quaint property. The staff was very friendly and the room was terrific. We received a free upgrade. It had a nice gas fireplace and a huge private balcony. Free coffee and muffins were available in the morning as a nice touch. Highly recommend! A great alternative to a chain hotel you can find anywhere "

"Quick check in which was needed after a long day of travel. We came off season so many of the outside benefits we weren’t going to use, but coffee on my room balcony while looking at the ocean is always nice."

"Excellent location right across from the water, walking distance to beach, about 10 minutes. Food in the restaurant was excellent and they had a nice happy hour. The free breakfast had oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, english muffins, pastries, granola bars, coffee, tea. Our stay was very quiet except for being able to hear our neighbors upstairs walking around. Would love to stay here again. "

"We absolutely loved everything about our stay, from the nice welcome by Patrick, chats with staff in the lobby, great warm breakfast included, incredible room, to the fun, delicious and energetic and restaurant, this place is the tops. Our Block Island 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen had everything we needed, was tidy and provided comfortable beds and bedding. The view is great and the beach access convenient. Can’t wait to stay again!"
