"We stayed here with a large group of 14 adults and one child, and we were very happy with our stay. The home was extremely roomy, which made a big difference for a group our size. The layout and thoughtful details throughout the house were wonderful, and we really appreciated how spacious and comfortable everything felt.The hosts were also very friendly and helpful, quickly responding to any questions or concerns we had. Overall, it was a great stay and we would absolutely recommend this property to others visiting Colorado Springs."

The extra added touches such as books, games, and suggestions of local restaurants and activities helped ease the search for something that was great! "We loved our tiny home stay! Martin, our host, was very kind and accommodating, and the home had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great for us, rural with beautiful nature and mountain views, but no more than 15 minutes from a suburban area with a grocery store and lots of restaurants. The home was cozy and comfortable. We loved morning coffee on the deck. When we come back to the area, we would definitely stay there again."

"Had a fantastic stay in this house.Kids loved the outside play area, they spent a lot of time on the equipment.Everyone also enjoyed the hot tub.Plenty of room for all 13 of us, didn’t even use all the beds.Great location for us, around 15 minutes to all the events we attended.Loved the peaceful atmosphere.All the kids said they wanted to come back there."

"We stayed at this property for Parents’ Weekend 2025 with our C4Cs, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The home offered the perfect balance of space, comfort, and amenities for our family gathering.The kitchen was a standout feature—well stocked with everything we needed and equipped with impressive industrial-grade appliances that made cooking together an absolute joy. The floor plan was open, spacious, and very comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy.The highlight of our stay was definitely the indoor pool. We had such a fun “pool night,” and it made our trip even more memorable.That said, there are a few considerations for future guests and the property manager:- We had looked forward to using the sauna, but unfortunately, it was not available during our stay.- The hot tub temperature was lukewarm rather than truly warm.- Upon arrival, we noticed a lot of moths inside—possibly from doors being left open during cleaning.- Since we arrived after dark, it was extremely difficult to see the keypad, as no lights had been left on outside. We had to use a cell phone camera light to get in. Leaving the porch light on for arriving guests would be a simple but very helpful touch.- Lastly, there were quite a few spiders downstairs.Despite these very minor issues, the property was truly ideal for our trip. It gave us a wonderful place to gather, celebrate, and create lasting memories. We’d highly recommend it for other families as well."
