「子供たちは海で遊んだり、バギーで遊んだり、プールで楽しんだりと大喜びでした。朝食は、ビッフェスタイルと、人数が少なかったためか、注文のスタイルとありましたが、どれも美味しかったです。 部屋に固形石鹸かハンドソープを置いてくれると更に評価があげられますね。 非常にエンジョイできたのでまた今度泊まりたいです。」

「Very beautiful property with lovely sunrises over the sea. Good options for visiting islands by boat, kayaking, snorkeling etc though the setup is slightly rustic. If you are going in the hot season though, beware that the air conditioning is underpowered and rooms get quite hot though the staff were able to provide us with a couple of fans. 」

「The property has a terrible regard to cleanliness and comfort of their guests. Too many cleanliness issues from the room, to their restaurant even in its public area to get to the guest rooms. Shame because the beach is great for swimming, calm waters and great sand. The pool is not bad at all as well. Other than those two, I would not recommend this property to anyone who wants to go to Bintan for a quick R&R - not only that its more than an hour from the terminal, the property is just not...

「The staff were polite and helpful but there was a lack of staff so sometimes we had to wait for help. The Wifi wasn't working through the whole resort couldn't connect at all. The toilets were also a bit faulty but was rectified mostly by the staff. There was also a stoppage of water during the afternoon as the staff had to "refill" the water tank or something and because of this we couldn't have a shower before we left for our ferry.
