「Almost perfect but food menu in the restaurant is not a much.」

「On my arrival at the hotel, when I realized that I booked a different kind of room than I expected, the manager willingly upgraded it without any charge. All the staff were very kind and helpful with nice smiles. It was very comfortable stay with quietness and a nice sea view right through the windows of the room. Also I could enjoy all the local food around the hotel. I'd like to stay there again some time later.」

「The hotel room is clean. Deluxe room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast menu needs some improvement though. Maybe the pan is over-used, the omelette didn’t come out visually presentable. The chicken sausage appeared twice in a row, not everyone is a fan of chicken sausage. Some popular items like bread (to be toasted) and watermelon were not replenished. It would be good for the management to understand which breakfast item is a hit or a miss.」

「　朝、近くの海を散歩しましたが、とても気分が良く、素晴らしいと思いました。 　建物も新しいわけではないし、取り立てて立派な宿泊施設という訳では無いですが、掃除は行き届いていると思います。屋上の屋根が着いた所は、宿泊者が自由に使えるので、一人ビールを飲んで、ゆっくり出来ました。 　スタッフは、とても気を使ってくださり、なんだか、帰りは、名残惜しく思いました。 　」

「Tanjung Pinangフェリーターミナルから車で30分ほど。ホテルから迎えの車が来てくれたので良かったです。ただし有料でした。 ホテルの従業員は英語もできますし、対応が早くて、良いサービスでした。 場所が不利な点はありますが、車をチャーターすれば問題なし。コスト的には、ホテル代と車代を合わせてもリゾートエリアよりは安いです。」

「対応は良く、清潔感等もあり、全体的に満足度は高かった。 一点だけの不満は、5時からのExpress Breakfast Serviceの記載があるものの、フロントに聞いてもサービスは使えず、朝5時からレストランが開いているという回答があったが開いていないという状態であっただけです。 周辺エリアは、散策していないので不明ですが、横にスーパーがあって便利でした。」

「Value for money and our room had a good view of fireworks on new years eve! Overall the room is clean and bedsheets are clean. Hotel maintenance could be improved, bathroom shower doesnt drain fast. There's also some smell in the bathroom, which the hotel puts air freshener so it doesnt smell. Bedsheets and towels look old but are still clean Breakfast is very basic」

「The receptionist doesn't speak English that well so it's so hard for us to ask for information regarding the island. The hotel doesn't offer many tours to go other parts of the island and if they do, they would be expensive. The location is bad as it's too far from the city. The room looks quite old. Breakfast is ok.」

「Everything was fine including service and staff but the bathroom was kept open due to lack of lock from outside and this resulted in a rat entering the room」

「I really dnt understand the hotel staff contact me after 1month I have stay there and ask me to pay for the room I have send them email confirmation and they still ask me for money. Kindly check with the hotel what is going on 」

「This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. When u enter the hotel lobby or the room it may look deceiving. It quite clean but. 1. Shower tap spoils, toilet door spoils, cannot lock or close thoroughly 2. The water drainage hole no cover, after u comeback at night after your day itinerary the whole room smells of the toilet drain if u nvr close ur toilet door 3. Cockroaches will come out frm the toilet drainage area esp in the morning when u taking shower 4. The bedsheet not changed or too soiled -...
