"I liked it because first of all it was pet friendly. Very convenient. Staff was nice. The only thing that was not good was our room wasn’t ready. But to make it up we were given another room with a free upgrade. That was great. So we will be back again."

"My room was not ready when I arrived, I was told by the front desk person that it would be ready in 15 minutes, after 30 mins I spoke to a different frint desk associate named Shasta who was not only so apologetic and professional but went above and beyond to get me into a room and made every accommodation she had to, to make up for the inconvenience. She was a friendly face, cheerful and had a great attitude on a very crazy busy weekend. Shasta is truly an asset to the front desk and I hope to see her when I return next month!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. The room was pretty, comfortable, and a great place to relax after exploring the area. The location itself was fantastic—very walkable with lots to see and do nearby. The shower was excellent, one of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel. The only detail that seemed a bit out of place for a luxury property was the lack of soft-close toilet lids; it’s a small thing, but you’d expect it to be standard at this level. The rooftop bar and restaurant served delicious food, though the experience was slightly marred by how humid it was inside—it really could have used better air circulation or some fans to make it more comfortable. Overall, these were just minor issues, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "
