「This is not a typical suite hotel, its an extended stay place. While it does have an exercise room, any other amenities like towel exchanges, room cleaning, sheets, etc. are weekly or on demand. No breakfast, even coffee, which is locked in a room accessible only with a key card. I think there is laundry facilities on site but wityh the general cleanliness, I would stay far away from it. This place needs a lot of love. Hallways are dingy, bathroom faucets drip, rooms are in need of paint,...

「The staff were unfriendly. There was absolutely no bread or fruit for breakfast, and they didn't even replenish it. When I asked for bread, the staff said they would go buy some but never did.」

「Clean Room, Great Staff!」

「Stayed two nights. Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:30am the first morning, seeing if we’d checked out yet. Then knocked on our door THREE TIMES before 10am the second morning. Finally called the front desk to confirm check-out time was intact noon…. Other than that, the stay was decent for the price and would probably stay again.」

「I’m」

「Attentive staff at the newish property. Comfortable rooms with very comfortable beds. Large bathroom, separate walking shower and bath. Plenty of parking and for us, close to o’Hare airport so once landed it is just a 30 minute drive.」
