Very central location to the village. Welcomed on arrival with easy check in and check out. Dinner was v good and bar staff friendly. Nice short stay this time but we hope to return for a longer stay next time

Smart comfortable hotel. Lovely rooms. All very new. Breakfast is expensive for what provided - £15 a head. Would be better if breakfast included in room rate.

Excellent Hotel, great location.

This is an excellent hotel, situated in an ideal position in Betwys y Coed. The staff were lovely, especially Jude who took care of us for the week we were there. The rooms were good, clean & comfortable, good bed. The food was ok - typical breakfast fare and a decent restaurant without being spectacular. Overall an excellent stay. I would definitely go there again.

The hotel was lovely! It was so well done with stunning rooms, bar and restaurant. All staff were super helpful and friendly.
