"The unit is filthy, furniture is stained along with the carpet and bedding. There is a hole in the porch floor covers by a piece of plywood and the porch chairs have mold growing on them. The lower level is freezing while the upper level is hot and uncomfortable for sleeping. This unit or building needs a lot of preventive maintenance and a through cleaning. Spilled water on the floor and when wiping up it was black with dirt. "
