「We enjoyed our stay in Berlin, Md. The location was perfectly located between Assateague Island and OCMD. The house was clean and well maintained. We did have to call to get the unit number and it was a little confusing finding the place at first. The community and amenities were very nice and also well maintained. 「The house matched the description perfectly. It is a gated community, but easy to access. Very close to Ocean City and to Assateague Island.I would note that the AC is very loud, so if you’re a light sleeper I recommend earplugs.The bedrooms and bathrooms are well-equipped and I appreciated the filtered water in the fridge. Hope to stay there again! 」

「I had a great stay. Everything was clean. Bedrooms were nice. Having two bathrooms is a plus. The screened in porch was quiet and nice to sit on in the morning. The back deck was a little slippery. We used the provided umbrella at the beach, which was nice. I would stay again. We were looking forward to the playground right behind the house.
