Plenty of bikes and helmets available for local trails, but we did not take advantage of it. House is centrally located."

"We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again."

"Suggest providing 2 keys extra convenience. Shower curtain was not the correct size leaving water all over bathroom floor when showering. Bar stools were bar height rather than counter height making uncomfortable to eat in kitchen. "
