Our air was not working when we returned at almost midnight from a concert. They promptly sent someone to work on it then when he could not repair it, we were moved to a new room. 「This property was spotless. Our room had plenty of space for two people and the breakfast was pretty good. I definitely recommend this Holiday Inn and Suites. 」
「The property is GORGEOUS. I stayed at Hyatt and Sleep Inn and honestly, just go with Courtyard. Every single staff member was super kind and courteous - even when I called to confirm twice that the hot tub worked and wasn’t scheduled for maintenance, haha. We wanted a hot tub, okay? Haha anyway, the entire property is nice, convenient and the staff was super nice. Book it. You won’t be disappointed. 」
