「What a great find! We booked Trailhead Lodge at the last minute and couldn’t have been happier. Mark was so friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Eureka Springs. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Excellent hospitality and a great location. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Mark!」

「We never received our code for check in and no one answers the phone. My husband finally had to go find the office to get our room code. There wasn’t enough parking, our bathroom door would get stuck when you closed it, and our room smelled like paint. There were several outdoor sitting areas that were very nice, but it definitely doesn’t look like the pictures.」

「Had a wonderful stay here! There was a beautiful courtyard with a fountain and a walking trial, breakfast was good. Room was nice and clean. Definitely would stay here again! It was super cute and very close to downtown ✨ Saltwater pool as well that was very nice! There was a tornado warning at 1 AM and staff was very helpful and gave us towels and shelter! 5 stars for sure ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「Nice place to stay. Low ceilings in some parts (I’m 6’8”). Amenities were minimal but the place was clean, comfortable, and in decent repair. Definitely need a vehicle with good clearance as the lake roads are rough. 」

「Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again.」
