"We had a few issues when we got to our room. The staff was TOP NOTCH on fixing everything we brought up in very short order. We were extremely impressed with ALL the staff. Refrigerator not cooling. They brought a new fridge in 5 minutes. Sound didn't work on TV. They fixed in one minute. I lost my glasses in the hallway... They had been turned in at the front desk. We needed a late check-out. No problem."
