Very clean, quirky, and convenient, and a close drive to everything - a great experience. I couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat, but it was comfortable enough.

We loved the vibe of the space! From the moment we walked in, it felt warm, cozy, and welcoming. We stayed for four days and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is exactly as pictured, which we really appreciated. One thing to note is that the second bedroom is a loft space, so it does not have a door. However, it was still a comfortable and functional sleeping area. The stackable washer and dryer were a great bonus, especially after spending the day at the waterpark. The location was also a plus, with downtown just a short distance away, making it easy to enjoy the area. Overall, we had a wonderful day and we would gladly return.

Rogers Arkansas

Really enjoyed my stay at the historic milk plant apartment. It was close to all the events we were in town for, clean but rustic/industrial feeling, and the owner was super helpful and stayed in touch throughout our stay. Will definitely be planning another stay here in the future.

Cool vibes

This was a great spot, close to all things downtown Rogers. It was funky, fun, comfy and had thoughtful pieces as well like real plants, great tea selection, lots of candles, even a garage door in the living room you can open to let in fresh air and sunshine. We will definitely stay her again on our next trip to Rogers.

Little Jewel in Downtown Rogers

We needed a place to stay for a few nights while our house was being painted. This place did the trick & the owners could accommodate us in under 24 hours. It looks exactly like the photos and has plenty of linens/towels. Would definitely stay again if needed.

While visiting the area, a cold front came through. The heat worked great until about 4am and then it stopped blowing warm air. It got down to 53 degrees inside.
