Big Birthday Family Gathering

Perfect location! We parked our car and didn’t have to drive for several days. We enjoyed the happy hour and dinner right next door at Theo’s. We walked up and down Dickson Street and to the square. The place itself was perfect for our family of 5 including 3 college age kids. They each had their own bed and their own space which was great. We live in Florida and visit Fayetteville often because my husband grew up here and we will definitely stay here again!

First Time to Fayetteville

Great property in the perfect location. It is a very short 1 block walk to the restaurants on Dickson. Also convenient to U of A. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is great! The Cohova folks are amazing. Easy check in process. Easier checkout process. The place is in the best location a block from Dickson street. Can’t say enough of how great this place is!

UARK Graduation

We booked early and were glad we did. Management company was super professional. The location was great. Walking distance to everything, including the graduation ceremony at Bud Walton Arena. High recommendation for a short term rental.

Incredible Property!

We had so much fun with this spot in Fayetteville. The location is unbeatable. The condo was clean and spacious. The two parking spots were a bonus. It was easy to communicate with the property manager.

Close to the action on Dickson

Perfect place to stay when going back and forth to campus or Dickson. Yes, you may hear some late night revelry from there but turning on the fan took care of that. Clean and well appointed.

Location location location

Great location close to all the restaurants and downtown plaza. A little noisy on weekend nights since it is a college area. Expect a lot of steep stairs which I do not remember being mentioned in the description. The two upstairs beds are in two separate lofts. Place was clean, nicely decorated, everything worked and cozy. Check in and out was a breeze.

Comfortable and Handy!

My sisters stayed at this beautiful home while in town for a family Christmas. It was comfortable and everyone had plenty of private space. We ate at US Pizza and Hammontree’s, which were within walking distance. Since this rental is in the heart of downtown Fayetteville we were just a short distance from the beautiful Christmas lights on the square and TheaterSquared, where we watched a play. The location is excellent if you want to be in the excitement of Fayetteville but quiet and private at the same time. The rental was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a wonderful time!

The communication before and during the stay was excellent. While I didn’t need anything specific during our stay, I knew I could message and expect a quick response.
