"The hot tub was down and the beds were a little uncomfortable, but I still got a great night’s sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. The shower was a bit outdated, but met my needs and had good pressure and temperature. The breakfast was basic, as one would expect of a free continental breakfast, but tasted good. "Pool was great breakfast was meh, the room was horrible! Their was toenail clipings in the bed fake nails in the sheets and pillow cases, trash under the couch greesy dirty sheets so couldn’t use the pullout.. had to reconnect the phone because it was unplugged from the wall, was told front desk would bring some up at 9pm well by 2 am we gave up because there wasn’t anyone at the front counter just a note that said be back in 5 minutes.. needless to say there was no sleep for anyone! Brought it back up to front desk in the morning and was told because we booked three hotels.com there’s nothing they can do and have a good day!"
