Not a great service

Was told on arrival that i did not book a room took 5 mins to convince i had even showing the reservation email. They were meant to organize a taxi for our early flight. They did not do this either meaning we were very late arriving at the airport.

great option for long layover in Bangalore

We needed a hotel for one day as we arrived in Bangalore around noon and our flight out was not until 2am. We found this place which was nearby and thought we would try it. Given the very reasonable price, we were not expecting too much in the way of amenities or being updated. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival! The rooms were large and though not luxurious, it had nice tile and hard surfaces throughout. Staff was very nice and was able to quickly resolve a small issue with the door lock. Upon departure the staff was able to help and speak to our Uber driver so he could find the hotel quickly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it if you need a place nearby the airport. Do understand that this is not very convenient into downtown Bangalore, however, we were able to find a few very nice brewpubs within a 20 minute drive of the hotel and it was easy to get an Uber.

Fine for an airport stay

This hotel is near to the airport and a suitable place to stay for that purpose. We arrived later in the evening so the secluded setting made my slightly uncomfortable at first but really there was no reason to be. The staff were friendly and eager to help us. There is not much around the hotel but we were able to eat a nice dinner in the hotel next door (the Orange comfort suites only offer room service....I'm sure that would have been fine too but my friend and I wanted to sit down to a meal for our last night in India :)). The room was small but comfortable. There was a TV and fan. The wifi worked well. The bathroom was fine but towels are not provided. The hotel arranged an airport transfer for us the next morning; it was 600 rupees and got us there exactly when we wanted. I would recommend this hotel for a convenient, cheap night stay when arriving / departing from Bangalore airport.

Unhappy Hotelier !

To future Hotel stayers, It's very hard to give a rating for this place with anything other than a "1" ! Upon arrival at the motel they did confirm the booking, but in the same breathe, also tell you that they have overbooked and don't have a room for you !! Make sure you think twice before booking this place...

It was horrible. Took me to a different property that was in the middle of a paddy field. Horrible bed too. They charged 2000 for this horrible pathetic room.

A decent place to get some rest and get a shower while on transit. It is a little bit far away from the airport. Nothing nearby really. The restaurant had a very limited menu.

A nice airport hotel

Had a one night layover and this hotel was perfect. I needed a place to crash before I flew out early the next morning, and this was more than comfortable and accommodating. They had a cheap taxi service back to the airport, that ran 24 hours a day. This would be the place I would go to again for the same situation.

J'ai passé une nuit à Orange Suites, entre un vol arrivant en pleine nuit, et un bus partant le lendemain matin. L'hotel est très propre. Un chauffeur m'attendait à l'aéroport pour m'emmener à l'hotel pour 450 roupies. Je conseille cet hotel à ceux qui n'ont pas besoin d'aller dans Bangalore, et souhaitent rester proche de l'aéroport. Je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner.

Clean and quiet stay but some problems

There were many positive things about my stay, such as the quiet nature of the hotel, comfort of the room and it was also very clean. However the taxi promised by the hotel at the airport didn't turn up. The room had no towels and they took away the wi-fi router on the second day so I didn't have Internet access. I was also disappointed that I was charged 620 rupees for the taxi back to the airport instead of the stated 450. I didn't mind the extra charge as I was grateful they organised it but I felt that it was a disappointing surcharge and this was the primary reason I wouldn't stay again despite regularly visiting the city.

basic but don't expect service

The room is very simple and utilitarian . the facilities were clean, but I did not get breakfast in time. food facilities were basic. if you are between connecting flights and want some economy this may suit you. the hotel booked me on a private taxi as opposed to a meru or metered cab . the taxi was very expensive.

We stayed there on transit on our way back from Singapore. The hotel location to the airport is good however, it doesnt have any facilities and is in an isolated location. It however does the job as a transit hotel for an overnight stay

- A place to stay away from the city

The hotel is clean looking. The room was neat and very clean. The bath room was also very clean. The hotel staff were polite and provided good service. The room had all the basic amenities except the iron box which was provided on demand. The hotel is close to the airport. The neighborhood is not crowded for now. They also provided plugin electric mosquito repellent.

Worth staying
