"This property is exactly as advertised. Location is amazing - far enough out of town to feel a little secluded but still easy access to restaurants, stores etc. The private beach is amazing!!! Access to paddle board and kayak right out the back door was really great. Property management was excellent - very responsive - highly recommend doing the day snorkelling tour with Johnny it was the highlight of our trip! "

We snorkeled, visited Mayan ruins, went on a six-stop walking lunch tour, swam and sunbathed at the villa's pool, and went out for some nice dinners. We ate at Aji, the Truckstop, Evi's Kitchen and the Garage. The villa's management company was extremely helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend our villa and a trip to Ambergris Caye."
