「Very cute room (we stayed in a cabana that Sarah upgraded us to! Thank you!) and comfy huge king sized bed. AC worked well. Everything was super clean and had what we needed! The only downside was the mosquitoes since we were right on the canal, and it was a 30 min walk into town (or a 10usd/20bzd golfcart taxi, or ride the free bikes if you’re comfortable). Not much within short walking distance but very quiet area if you want to stay out of town. Sarah sent us a nice list with helpful things...

「The staff was excellent at this property. I believe that some of the rooms are in really great shape and others are not. A friend stayed in a different room and loved it. We did not love our room. It was the dolphin. The shower curtain had mold on the backside of it. The baseboards had nails with rust coming down. There was a small table that was so wobbly that it couldn’t hold more than a couple of pounds. The bed felt like a boxspring with metal digging into your back all night. After this we...

He has alot of knowledge about pretty much everything you might want to do in Placencia. From places to eat to excursions you might want to take. They set up transportation for us from the local airport, a car rental fo r our road trip, and even scheduled our excursions! They truly go above and beyond at the Sea Glass. 「We rented the entire resort. Iz and the entire staff was amazing. His bar, El Norte, was on the property and a lot of fun. The on-site chef is an amazing cook and brought the food to your villa or bar. The onsite excursion guide, David, was top notch. We were very pleased with his service and helpful information. I would recommend this resort if you want a very peaceful environment.」

We enjoyed mornings, drinking coffee and watching the wildlife. Julie immediately showed us around town and gave us tips about the community and where to find what we needed. It was a great location because it was a little off the beaten path, but close to walk to everything. I can’t recommend it enough-and I’m a very particular and ornery person in general. 「Un-Belizable! We had a great stay for 5 nights! As we traveled out, my son's flight was delayed and as soon as I advised Jason, he sprang into action and worked his magic. He coordinated with Emilio at the Belize airport to adjust our short flight from Belize to Dangriga as needed. Emilio rushed us through as soon as my son's flight arrived and we somehow made the original flight! Manny picked us up in Dangriga and drove us to the marina and then to Little Peter Island on the boat. The island...
