"Perfect location, amazing hotel, fantastic breakfast, very friendly helpful staff. My only criticism is the lack of a shower in the bathroom."

"Large, well appointed hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed: minibar, safe, excellent shower, large comfortable bed, air conditioning. We swapped out daily cleans for vouchers for the bar and used these to buy cocktails one evening - which are ridiculously expensive (€35 for two!) but very nice. We didn’t eat in the hotel - there are plenty of nearby restaurants. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the Louise metro stop and a 15-20 minute walk into the town centre. So ideally located to get anywhere."

"The hotel was next to the Brussels central train station which made it very convenient for traveling throughout Europe by train and to the airport. The room was cleaned everyday. The hotel's location was in the city center so we walked everywhere. Staff was helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the slushies and cold water served in the lobby. Will definitely stay here again."

"Staff members Nils and Susanna were wonderful. Nils assisted us with contacting our driver and arranging our Saturday pickup. Susana was very welcoming and helpful with information. The lady who cleaned the rooms was very helpful in changing our towels. One young lady with long blonde hair on the desk was a problem. I didn’t get her name. She answered “I don’t know” to every question, said she was unable to call our driver. Nils called him later. Worst, however, our driver arrived earlier than expected, but she refused to call our room to tell us. She told him we were asleep. My husband had already talked to her at the desk over an hour earlier. The driver had to wait with the meter running for over an hour until we came downstairs. This cost us A LOT OF MONEY."

"The staff were very welcoming and efficient and made checking in a breeze. We arrived early and just walked around Brussels while they stored our bags. We got an oleander arise when our room was ready 3 hours early. Room was fantastic and the breakfest in the morning was the perfect way to grab some food before getting the train. Awesome visit to Brussels."
