「スタッフとの連絡が全くつかず、いつでもサポートするのでっていいながら、メールの返事も全く返ってこない。 電話するも全く違う他人に繋がった。 質問に対して返事が返ってこないのが一番嫌だった。」

「Close to the metro and situated in a good touristic area. There was no warm water and i think there were bed bugs in one of the beds because i woke up with itchy bumps on the arm and legs.」

「No worries for WIFI speed. Rooms are cleanness and comfortable. The entrance from street, going up to the room by stairs. And contacting with ower had good assistance for us. So be careful for stairs if you have heavy or lot of stuffs, it was little bit hard angle and tiny wides.」

「The apartment is in good location and its really nice looking outside the window. Sadly the apartment room stayed in was damaged and a mess and has not been checked before guest checked in. Walked into room to find lights not working in shower and bedroom and toliets seat hanging off. Stains all over the wall and body fluids all over mattress possibly urine stains. Broken window hatch. There no aircon or washing machine or dryer dose say on booking but there none. You expected to cross road to...

「El apartamento estuvo impecable, Ewa Waszek estuvo siempre estuvo bien pendiente para lo que se preguntaba contestando muy rapido. La limpieza del lugar impecable con olor a limpio, el apartamento elegante y la habitacion comoda. El tren esta como a 5min del tren, hay supermarket como a 3min y lugares de comida. En fin lo recomiendo al maximo.」

「Logement entouré de cités dégradées. Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un immeuble dédié à l'hébergement touristiques. Aucune indication extérieure, le numéro de l'immeuble est écrit au feutre. Nous sommes arrivés à 14H30 et comme rien n'est indiqué nous avons cru à une fausse adresse. Nous avons questionnés des habitants des immeubles jouxtant et il ne connaissait pas l'existence de cet "hôtel". Après un quart d'heure d'attente et d'insistance une femme de ménage qui ne parlait pas le français nous à...

「Nous sommes extrêmement déçu du logement. Il est très sale , la sale de bain et les toilettes ne sont pas nettoyé. Il y a une très mauvaise odeur dans l'appartement. Le clic clac à un trou ,une fois déplié. La télé ne fonctionne pas. Bref j'en passe, logement à éviter !! 」
