"The place was really special, located in the Hutongs near all the cool food streets, Bei Hai park and other great spots.
The room was a little small for us with no place for the luggage, but overall it was a great and authentic experience. "
" A wonderful traditional style hotel. Staff were very helpful and the location was excellent - close to shopping (including 7-elevens), restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was healthy and adequate. Overall a great stay!"
"It’s right beside forbidden city, Tiananmen Square. It’s a short walk to 景山公园as well. Very good location with reasonable price.
Room is outdated but ok.
Will come back again if come back to Beijing again."

"This hotel was excellent. The location was within walking distance to Forbidden City. Conveniently located to a lot of shopping- lots of local food near by. It had an excellent buffet style breakfast with many local and American options. Was extremely affordable. We had breakfast there everyday of our stay. The staff was super friendly and many spoke English.
The only thing which isn’t a deal breaker- the bathroom tub and toilet were a little dated but the rest of the room was excellent and beds were very comfy. "
"Language barrier. Staff at the desk does not speak English at all. Wish staff at the desk would at least speak a Little English especially this hotel is a 5 star. This hotel needs
To hire staff with the ability to speak English "
"Excellent location in downtown Beijing Wangfujing area. Subway station 100 m away from the building. Restaurants are across the street. The best thing is the free laundry facilities for the family with trip over weeks. "
