Located just beside Wangfujing street and at a couple of minutes from 2 different subway stations, the hotel is ideal for sightseeing (Forbidden city, Hutong etc.) and restaurants. The communication with the reception was not easy, but everything worked in the end. The rooms are quiet, very nice and quite big, the bed comfortable. Oddly we were usually alone for the reasonably priced breakfast, it was a set menu cooked on demand, it was good but the way it was served seemed very improvised. Good value for the price.

Family of 4 adults visiting Beijing for the first time. Needed two rooms, so I wanted something slightly cheaper but still good. This hotel is buried behind other buildings, making it hard to find. It was basically walkable to the Forbidden City and nearby malls for dining. No breakfast served here, which was a downer. WiFi was slow and spotty. While it’s not bad by any means, for a family of 4 vacationing in Beijing for 3 days, I wish we’d picked something closer to dining options with breakfast onsite.

良かった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備
The hotel is decent, and the staff are very nice and friendly. However, I wish they were more proactive in providing important information. When I asked about visiting Tiananmen Square, they gave me directions but did not mention that I needed to reserve in advance or carry my passport. I ended up walking for an hour only to be turned away because I didn’t have my passport. I had to return to the hotel, make a reservation, and go back the next day. For a short tourist stay, this was a frustrating waste of time and energy. I’m not sure if it was a cultural difference or a language barrier, but I wish the staff had warned me in advance. Overall, they were very kind and helpful when asked.

The hotel is in a very convenient location whereby it is near a metro station and shopping area, with lots of food options as well. When we checked out, it was drizzling and the receptionist directed the taxi to the hotel and sheltered us with an umbrella to the taxi, exceptional service. One of the dryers does not seem to work well as I had my clothes in the dryers for more than 6 hours and the clothes were still very wet.
