"The bedding was clean and well-presented, which is always appreciated. However, a few noticeable stains on the carpet near the doorway detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room. With some attention to this detail, the overall experience would have been much more positive.The housekeeping phone service was not functioning from the room, which meant I had to go downstairs to reception to request additional towels, as well as an ironing board and iron. This was quite inconvenient and disrupted the overall comfort of the stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, making it an ideal choice for travellers. A fast and efficient shuttle service was provided at no additional cost, which was a key factor in my decision to book this hotel"

"Staff were ALL super helpful, friendly and professional. I felt the staff really represented the hotel well. Check-in was easy and relatively quick. I used the gym and it was extremely clean, in good working order and water and towels were available. The gym is a good size for a hotel gym. The hotel is old and probably well overdue for a drastic renovation but it was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Room had the shower in the main room. Beds were small twin beds. There was a large clump of black hair by the sink. I have brown hair and my wife had red. We used the Resteraunt and clearly stated my wife had a severe allergy to onions. She ordered a hamburger that came with onions. They said they would cook another. It did not come with onions but she took 2 bites and started to get sick. She went to the room and threw up. She felt better. Service was way slow and not attentive at all. Overall we will not stay there again nor will we use the Marriott line again."
