"Very clean, nice property. Great location - safe, close to restaurants/grocery stores/etc, and the grounds were very pretty. Staff were friendly and helpful. There were some minor maintenance issues like some flooring coming up in the bathroom, but overall the property seems very well-maintained."

"had a terrible experience at this hotel. The customer service was awful when I raised multiple issues, they just said they had no other rooms available. The toilet wouldn’t flush, and the lights kept turning off automatically every two hours. Even the TV kept shutting down every hour. I would not stay here again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere."

"Room was dirty looked as if someone was already staying in our assigned rooms. Had to wait around for orher rooms to be cleaned which was half as, staff just was making excuses about being short staffed and seem to disregard the fact that we had prepaid for 3 rooms and only 1 room was acceptable and the others had to require a refund (which took 3 weeks) to go to another nearby hotel because the wait was getting entirely too long like 5 hours pass check in. No discount was applied, no genuine apology. The breakfast buffet was gross only the juice and coffee was acceptable. Everything was cold like it had been sitting for a long time despite us arriving only 10 minutes pass the start time. When it was time to check out there was no staff at the front desk. They were also doing renovations at all hours with random equipment littering the hallway at all times."

"Kim was so good in her duties and she went over and beyond what was required. The breakfast was adequate, staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Parking was also good. "
