「The location is perfect for winding along the beautiful streets and stopping at the shops or local restaurants for a bite to eat. The rooms are exceptionally beautiful and comfortable with all amenities provided that you could need. The breakfast is delicious with all of the accoutrements to perfect the meal included. It is a magical place. 」

「Phew where to start: no lift, room smelt like sewer gas. The carpet was stained. The toilet seat didn't fit properly, the shower took ages to get warm. 」

「This is a very comfortable hotel. We stayed a second time as a couple, to use as a base to visit WW2 sites. Ideal. The staff are very welcoming. Great breakfast available, evening meal if requested. Bar. Near the sea with several restaurants near by, check opening times out of season. Highly recommended.」

「Room was very clean we were upgraded to a very large room it was lovely and warm. The bed was so comfortable and the staff were lovely. We had dinner on our room it was very nice thank you. We will definitely come back. 」

「-Accueil froid -Service au bar pour la terrasse extérieure à nous de se lever et de se ramener notre commande tout seul -ascenceur en panne -Toiture de la piscine intérieure qui s'effrite -moisissure sur les mur -Vestiere toilette et douche sans entretien -batisse Normande colombages ce qui pourrait donner du charme mais aucun entretien tout comme le mobilier extérieur en bois qui cloque de partout Très déçu !!! Perte d'argent !!!」

「最上階で天井の低い部屋だったから暑かった。 冷房を入れるほどではない気温、むしろ外は寒かったので、部屋で過ごしにくかった。 またWi-Fiのセキュリティが低く、レセプションや外部の人でも自由に使えるパスワードが掲示されていた上、ネット接続も安定していなくパソコンが使えなかった。 エレベーターがなく狭い螺旋階段しかないので、到着時はフロントの人が上まで荷物を運んでくれたが、帰る時は自分達で下まで降ろした。落としそうで怖かった。」

「湖に面した食堂は明るくて、とても素晴らしいです。部屋は屋根裏部屋のような天井の一部がななめでしたが、とくに支障はなかったです。スタッフはとても感じがよく、レストランも値段の割には十分納得のいくものでした。近くには、ほとんど何もないので、ホテルで食事をする以外にはないかも知れませんが、十分に満足できました。湖では魚釣りができます。レストランで食事中に大きなマスを釣った人を見ましたが、リリースしていました。ゆっくりと週末や休暇を過ごすには適しています。それ以外の目的には向いていないと思います。私たちにはぴったりでした。」

「Right next to the port. Really clean rooms, particularly the bathrooms. Very helpful. Stayed one night after getting off the late ferry from Portsmouth. I had a problem with my car getting off the ferry. I had to hire a car for my onward journey. The hotel let me use their car park (which was secure and safe - Gated) to store my car until I came back to catch the ferry a few days later. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport to pick up the hire car. I cannot thank them enough for letting me...

「Bonjour. Le personnel est très avenant, La propreté parfaite. Tout est super ! Bonne journée. 」

「屋根の傾きのかかる最上階に泊まりました。古く趣き、雰囲気があり、オンフルールらしいですが部屋もキレイで、他の街で泊まった四つ星ホテルよりずっといい。場所も便利でスタッフもフレンドリー。駐車場はちょっと離れていますが、屋根付です。おすすめ！」

「年末30日に宿泊しました。 閑散期の日曜日でもあり、夕食をどうしょうかと思っていたところ、スタッフの方からホテルのレストランはどうかと教えて頂き正直、消極的選択肢ではありましたが、コスパが良く味も値段の割に良かったです。 」
