The hotel is run by a husband and wife and they are both great! Thy also have great support staff that are very good. We had a hitch with our rental car and immediately jumped in to help by making calls in french (I speak some, but it would taken a lot of time for me to make his calls), got it quickly figured out and helped along out way. Great views of port, perfect location to walk to everything a with a plethora of dining and shopping options.

The staff were lovely, the location brilliant. But I was expecting an en-suite room with loo and shower - not just a shower and sink behind a curtain. My nephew swopped with me as I absolutely would not book a room without a private loo. So that was extremely disappointing. Hehad to share a loo down the corridor with 3 other double rooms - not acceptable at all. So apart from the lovely location and friendly staff, I will not stay again

Charming little hotel

The location is ideal to walk everywhere. Our room was cousy, clean and comfortable. The only downside was the absence of a proper shower but for one night we could leave without it. Breakfast fairly basic but I would say good enough for the price ( 9 euro). Would certainly use it again

Lovey charming hotel

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, charming and clean hotel. There is traffic noise from the street as the road goes just outside so one has to be able to sleep in that. Otherwise the hotel itself was perfect for us and we would certainly come again. We did not try breakfast. Very easy access to the train station, Trouville and Deaville all within short walking distance and lovely street to walk down on towards Trouville beach with many restaurants etc at the doorstep.

Hôtel atypique et chaleureux. Un vrai coup de cœur pour les propriétaires de l’établissement et le personnel. Très bienveillant, ayant le souci de bien faire et de trouver une solution. La literie est de qualité.tres bien situé à proximité des commerces et restaurant et de la plages. Hôtel très agréable. En revanche pas de climatisation mais il y a des ventilateur d’appoint. Nous avons apprécié cette proximité humaine et bienveillante. Nous leur souhaitons le meilleur pour la suite.

Je suis désolé mais payer 150€ la nuit pour ne pas pouvoir entendre la TV ce n’est pas possible. La direction doit comprendre que le client ne paye pas 150€ seulement pour le lit, dont les draps du dessous par ailleurs tombent du lit au milieu de la nuit, mais le client paye pour les services associés. C’est la première fois que non seulement la TV est saturée au niveau du son pourtant j’ai voyagé partout, mais en plus c’est la première fois que la direction refuse de faire des efforts. Je n’en veux pas particulièrement aux salariés. Le responsable est tout trouvé , c’est le propriétaire qui est un gros fainéant, qui n’est jamais là et qui est tellement auprès de ses sous qu’il ne souhaite pas payer un personnel de nuit. Première fois de ma vie aussi que je vois ça.

L'accueil fut top et la chambre très bien. Juste je suggérerais quelques points d'amélioration : augmenter le nombre de prises électriques, améliorer la qualité de l'armoire, mettre à disposition des petites serviettes en plus des grandes. Le petit déjeuner quant à lui était très correct mais mériterait d'avoir une option salée et d'être amélioré en qualité.
