Easy access from ferry. Nice walk into centre. Clean room, great shower, comfy bed. Only stayed one night but kitchenette well equipped for longer stay. Really good value. Would be happy to stay again.

close to train station price was very reasonable for a one nights stay …. the late check out fee isn’t … but keeping the bags safe until train time makes up for it variety of restaurants close by

Ok, missing a few bedsheets upon arrival, but it worked out fine. Payed 40€ servicefee for the dog 👍 Far from the beach, but a good spot if you have a car and want to explore. No parking inhouse, but several nearby.

Great stay at a nice price!

I had a very good stay here and ended up extending my stay for an extra night. It is a good base near the train/bus station for day trips to Êtretat and Honfleur. Refrigerator in the room. You could also base here and do Caen in a day trip. Friendly staff and student vibe with many schools and universities in this area. It is 5 mins walk to the Shopping center at Docks. There is a Lidl grocery there too.

We stayed here when we moved our son into his university in Le Havre, Sciences Po. This hotel is ideally situated next to Sciences Po and a number of other universities in the area. It is also next to a large mall and a couple of super markets. We booked a "Superior studio, 1 double bed" which was very spacious and functional. The room however was not clean. There were crumbs all over the floor and the glasses and utensils needed to be washed. While it has a kitchen with a sink, the hotel did not provide any cleaning supplies (dishwashing liquid and sponge) and we had to buy our own. While there is ia huge empty lot next to the hotel where cars parked if the gate was open, the hotel itself does not have its own parking lot.

My stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area, with a shopping center just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel is very conveniently located although I wouldn't say it's centrally located, if that makes sense. I didn't have a car during my visit and I was able to walk just about everywhere. Public transportation and the train station for Le Havre are within about a 10-minute walk. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with a nice view. One thing to note is that I didn't notice any air conditioning. The weather was nice enough that I didn't need it during my stay, but I'm not sure I would have been able to tolerate it if it had been hot without air conditioning. Nonetheless, it's a great value for the price. Lastly, this hotel accepts pets, but there is a charge of 10 € per night.

This property provides bare minimum amenities in the room. We stayed here one night before going on our cruise. It was adequate for this purpose but if we had to stay several days, it would have been unacceptable. Staff were nice although most barely spoke english. Very limited dinning within walking distance.

Think twice if you’re booking this for the “ free parking within 50m of the property “ they advertise!! We got here after 3am to be told “our car park is full “ and go and find some street parking over the harbour bridge!! Shocking really !

The front desk staff had a poor attitude and lacked basic courtesy, the hotel charges an additional fee for parking, but the car park is in the next building and has a gate to must be manually opened by staff each time, which is extremely inconvenient. Every time we returned to the hotel by car, we had to stop on the roadside and go inside the hotel to ask a staff member to open the car park gate, the attitude was cold and unhelpful, making the whole experience quite unpleasant.

During three days from 8 in the morning, there was so much noise of repairs in the hotel that we were not able to rest. We went to relax, but we were very annoyed. Unfortunately, the director of hotel did not pay any attention to our protest. We are very unhappy.

There were used towels in our room when we got there. I went to go tell them and ask for clean towels the front desk guy tried to give me hand towels. When I said I needed bath towels because the ones in our room were used he asked how I knew they were used. I said they were wet and hung up on the rack. He said that the maids must have forgot.. No apology. Then said he didn’t have towels at the front desk but would send some up. No one ever came. The hotel is in an area that seemed sketchy. There was garbage all over the back parking lot. It is weird to walk anywhere.
