「The Fenwick Inn is a great hotel. The manager Madison is amazing. She is extremely helpful and professional. The entire staff at the Fenwick Inn are wonderful people. I highly recommend staying at the Fenwick Inn. The hotel is clean and the location is awesome. Walking distance to the beach shopping and restaurants 」

「Pool closed early while swimming. Ice cream machine was broken. Elevator was broken.」

「The room was clean but had a terrible smell; I believe it was from new curtains, maybe new carpet. We opened windows to air it out. Our neighbors had small kids that yelled alot but quieted down when needed. We like this motel alot. Love the location and prices. Housekeeping staff needs training on what the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door means.」

「I got checked into a one double bed when i needed two beds. The guy at the desk was super helpful and within minutes i got a new roo. Which was a two bedroom suit. 」

「The room phone did not work. There were no dishes or silverware. The body wash soap in the bathroom was empty and never refilled ever. The sliding glass door was dirty because it is a thermal door made of 2 pieces of glass so that between the glass dirt streaked the glass on the inside which clouded the beautiful view of the ocean. The value was good and the staff was nice.」

「Room listings state they have curtains and they did not, rooms were very bright overnight. Pool needs rules better enforced. Two kids went underwater at no fault of anyone but neglectful parents that should have been physically in the pool with their young toddlers. Other families had to help rescue kids at no fault of the lifeguard but the rules definitely need to be enforced much better. 」

「The building is old. With that said, it was newly painted. The bathroom was clean and bright. There is a residual musty smell, but I sprayed with Lysol spray and that helped. There was no staff in the building itself. The staff at the neighboring sister hotel was very helpful and friendly on arrival. The morning staff at departure was very tired and did not come to check me out until a second tenant arrived for his check out. The coffee cups available in that lobby did not have caps that...

「Perfect place for our weekend getaway to celebrate our Anniversary. The room was beautiful and the view was amazing :) The hot tub was great the fridge was stocked with fresh fruit and muffins and drinks. Stacey who takes care of the rooms was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The whole property is beautiful. We will be back!! 」
