「Great value for the location and having two bedrooms. Great for our family of 4, and not too loud for staying in Deep Ellum on a Friday and Saturday night. 」

「House was not clean at all, floor not swept, floor not mopped, hair in the shower, hair on bedsheets and pillow cases. In the middle of homeless camps it was not safe for families. We reserved 2 nights and barely stayed 1 of those nights. Requested refund and will stop my payment. No communication at all! Please be cautious of booking here!」

Despite the fact that I booked accommodations 2 months in advance and had communicated with him by the app earlier in the week, he claimed not to notice the double-booking until the morning of, and left us scrambling to find other lodging (which I did, for an extra 120…an amount I might not have had to pay had I had actual advance warning that he couldn’t accommodate us). He was barely apologetic...
