"Staff was nice and the stay was excellent. Super close to BART, too. The area is a bit sketchy and I heard some people screaming and yelling at night but other than that it was fine. "

"The closet is roomy. They have Roku. There are C.O. Bigelow products for body care, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Everything functions. There is a coffee machine in the lobby that also serves hot chocolate. The hotel is walking distance from Union Square, Muni trains and most bus lines. Being able to store your luggage before or after you check in is a plus. The staff was great and made for a smooth stay. "

Reception was efficient but friendly.
I arrived late and left early so didn't have as much time there as I would have liked.
Parking is easy but expensive at $45 a night.
Expect to queue for service at the bar and for coffee etc"
