「The hotel was remarkable for its splendid high-ceiling room, and wooden floor well maintained with aromatic oils. Dinner service is quite professional. The town of Bera is known for being the place where Pío Baroja and his famous relativos lived and died. We wished to hear the sounds of the notable organ located at the cathedral, but it was not possible fue to unavailability of Church officials. 「I was shocked that there was no tissues. I had never stayed in a hotel with no tissues.. I stayed at 1st floor and I constantly hear ppl walking at 2nd floor. Enough hot water but no door so it was difficult to take a shower. Very thin towels I will never stay here again.」

「El hotel es bonito y está muy bien situado. La habitación era lo suficientemente amplia y el aire acondicionado caliente funcionaba bien. En mi caso, no he dormido bien debido a que las almohadas eran incómodas para mi gusto (muy finas y duras) y a que en la habitación se oía constantemente como una cisterna de la que cae agua. Las puertas también son finas y cuando la gente entraba y salía del ascensor o pasaba por el pasillo se oía todo. Repetiría pero quizá en otra habitación...」
