「Our stay was very nice. We felt safe in the house because of the off street parking, and multiple locked doors. The stairs up to the room were a little tricky to use. The neighborhood made me feel a little weary, but the street this listing was on felt safer than the others. Overall, the place served our purpose for our stay, and it was enjoyable and homey.」

The front door was very difficult to open and close, my family felt unsafe and did not want to stay due to being unsure if the door would stay closed and locked while we were there. 「The unit is extremely close to the Prudential Center. Host was extremely quick to answer any questions I had. The unit was clean and came with pretty much anything you could need to show up with just clothes and groceries.」

「Check-in process was horrible we checked in 2 hours late, the apartment wasn’t clean , toilets weren’t clean, towels were bleached pink spots on bluish towels. Several problems with Air / Heat system, which was addressed but not in a timely matter. This is not a Luxe Life ! There are several items in the apartment that had to be addressed during the stay. The building was nice, but the host apartment on the fifth floor needs to be managed and maintained better, 」
