Very bad. I have to wait for the person in charge to come down to pass the key and wait another couple of minutes and told me that the other colleague will be coming down. Everything was a mess. Not recommended for those who are looking for leisure.

WORST EVER HOTEL

WORST EVER SERVICE.BOOKED IT ONLINE AND THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS NO ROOM BECAUSE WE WERE LATE AND THEY GAVE OUR ROOM TO OTHER PEOPLE WHEN THE ONLINE SUMMARY CLEARLY STATED THAT "YOUR ROOM IS GUARANTEED FOR LATE ARRIVAL" DUE TO JAM. WAITED FOR THEM FOR 2 HOURS. BUT THE PERSON WHO CAME WAS NOT THE OWNER AND IT WAS A FRIEND OF HIM. AND HE DONT EVEN KNOW ANYTHING. GAVE A US DIFFERENT APARTMENT WHICH WAS UNSAFE. HAVING 2 APARTMENTS TOGETHER BUT WITH ONLY 1 GATE. AND HAVE 2 MEN SHOES IN FRONT OF OUR DOOR WHICH WE DONT EVEN KNOW BELONGS TO WHO. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE IN OUR TRAVELLING LIFE.

Teribble hotel to stay!

No reception counter for check in!only rely to personal hp no for check in with not secure the availability of the booked room!! Currently still waiting refund procees from orbits team.
