The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The amenities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere feels both luxurious and calm. What stood out the most was the level of service — truly outstanding. The team goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable and taken care of. "lovely hotel. saw lots of kids and dogs so very family friendly. Room was large, view was nice, had a kettle to make tea/coffee which I always appreciate. Breakfast was decent, a few vegetarian options and the freshly made juices were really good. There's an arcade with games but the pool table/cues are in bad condition and unlike my previously hotel you had to pay to play the games which felt a rather ungenerous for a 5 star hotel, same with the little train ride you can take around the building, surely a 5 star hotel could include that in the price of the stay. nothing is walkable from here except the beach. overall it was nice, staff were friendly and we slept well."
