This hotel deserves more than 5 stars. The staff are amazingly intuitive to the customer's' needs. All the free extras are very generous - Very! As an English-speaker, there was no problem communicating as all the staff speak good English. And I appreciated the hotel reaching out to me to offer their free buggy service prior to my check-in. I'd like to thank the buggy drivers for their friendly and patient service. A special shout-out to Mild and Nam who provided a really professional Thai traditional costume photoshoot. They made me feel special and really knew what they were doing. Book early; their service is very popular! My Thai friends who stayed at Vince with us said they'd return to Vince whenever they need to visit BKK. And so would I!

Short stay

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The condition and comfort of the rooms were top-notch, making for a very relaxing experience. The location was perfect, close to shopping malls and markets, which was very convenient. The shuttle service was a great bonus, making transportation easy. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including delicious Thai dishes.we didnt use the bar or the pool facilities. Friendly staff Overall, a fantastic stay—we will definitely choose this hotel again!

A high CP hotel

Highly recommend this accommodation, it's conveniently located and the price is reasonable with very rich and yummy breakfast provided. The staff are all friendly and speak fluent English. I'll definitely book this hotel again when visiting Bangkok.

They provided a lot of little extras for free. Upgrade to kingsize bed, complimentary bottled water replenished each day and free ice blocks in the afternoon to cool you down. Room spotless and service outstanding. Very welcoming staff. Free drop off and pick up tuk tuk service offered by hotel within limited area but at key transport points e.g Bangkok skytrain. Very close to major shopping areas. Would come back and stay here in Bangkok again.
