「We stayed in the house over Labor Day weekend. Everything was awesome. The house is clean, very well organized. We were 13 people and there is plenty of space for everyone. Location is convenient right on the sand, 5 minutes walk to Balboa pier and 30 minutes walk to Newport Pier. Owner is very responsive. He even add chairs for us when we asked. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「Our family of six adults and two toddlers had a great time on the beach. The rental was exactly as described, with a few minor dings and bumps that didn't stop the fun.The house is located directly on the boardwalk, which made biking everywhere a blast. We brought our e-bikes and loved being able to get around so easily. There is a fire pit nearby, which was perfect for bonfires. Since it's on a quieter part of the boardwalk, noise wasn't an issue.It was a very hot week and the house does not...

「Such a fantastic place to stay! It was very clean, well stocked and roomy kitchen. The beds were comfy with great sheets. Several premium channels on all of the tv’s with lots of movie options. The rooftop is AMAZING! It’s huge with a variety of seating options. We grilled every night and made delicious s'more's afterwards. Steffanie was always available and helpful to answer my questions. The beach is just a short walk away, super clean and breathtaking. We will definitely be back! 」
