バルボア・ペニンシュラ・ポイントのアパート

「The room, bathroom and kitchen were all clean comfortable. The location is close to corner stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this location to others.」

「Parking right outside let us unload quickly which mattered when working nearby all day. WiFi stayed reliable throughout visit supporting productivity unlike some hospitality spots listed online lately.」

「Internet was strong enough to finish all my work without any hassle or slowdowns.」

「I chose to leave the 2 night stay I paid for an entire day and a half early, that’s how disappointed I was. Host never once responded (still hasn’t) and I was on the phone with VRBO for 2 hours. Location of listing was completely wrong - this is a unit in the Eight 80 complex - far from a “luxurious beach stay.” The listing said it was behind Wild Goose off 17th St. They were doing construction in the garage and lights were shining in the room all night because it’s a ground level unit right by...

「The location is nice, close to restaurants and Disney. the only issue we had was the floor was a little dirty. When wearing no shoes or just our socks around the location, our feet and white socks were black on the bottom after an hour of walking around.」

「Grace’s apartment was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers! It features two big King beds, and when one son's cough kept the other awake, Grace sent a comfortable cot with full bedding the very next day so we could separate them. She was extremely responsive and accommodating. The apartment is very well ventilated, but the AC blew nice and cold when we used it, and the big TV kept everyone entertained during the World Cup. We loved sitting on the cute kitchen balcony for morning...

「Easy check-in at any hour with friendly staff on duty 24/7.」

「The host is very communicative and responds quickly. Place is clean and very inviting. My teenage daughter and I had plenty of space.」

「The king-size bed felt roomy and comfortable.」

「Easy parking. Clean.」

「There was plenty of space for our group plus useful laundry facilities on-site helped us keep fresh clothes mid-trip.」

「Good stay. Convenient location」

「Had a great time. Staff was so kind and attentive, the property was excellent and the room was better than we could have ever expected. So clean, quiet, and peaceful. Loved every minute, would definitely recommend and would love to come back.」

「Easy enough to get around alone thanks to proximity from John Wayne Airport and clear signs everywhere onsite.」

「Felt pretty relaxed after crashing here post-flight.」

「Nice, spacious room, perfectly comfortable. The shops and restaurants around the area were fun to walk to. 」

「The place was clean and the owner always responded to any questions I had. The parking is in a very tight spot so don’t have any thing bigger than a car. And there’s no other parking around the place. 」

「Place was immaculate. Said it slept four, but was a small futon and a blow up mattress. Had a good size bed for adults to sleep in. Amenities were awesome. Gave my family and I something to do during downtime. All in all a great place」

「Great & comfortable stay! Hosts were incredibly helpful & communicative. Would definitely love to stay here again whenever we are back in the area. (:」

「I would not rent this place!! It’s not accurate with the description that you see on VRBO. The location was not desirable. There was street car racing and Cops everywhere on the streets. It took forever get hot water in the shower. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable to sleep on either. There was a DJ below the unit that that played music from 6-10. That was not mentioned on the VRBO site. I would definitely think twice before renting this unit.」
