「Great location and easy check in. 」

「The Host was great. Rooms were clean and nice!. Its in a nice quiet area near a golf course. Found shops nearby for shopping and a nice Nigel Donuts/bakery for breakfast and many other places in Dana Point. Host helped us a beach with free parking and we were able to enjoy a couple of days in a nice quiet area in the hills of Laguna Niguel. It is a Condo which part was converted into a VRBO. 」

「I enjoyed my stay at this property. I had no issues. The only cooking I did was by microwave but there is a small stove and a small refrigerator. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but once you get through the door, it’s a cute renovated space for your time in Long Beach.」

「Very misleading ad or information of the property on hotels.com, it's not a single unit there are 4 units poor management ,parking problems very rude host , other tents interfering, not so safe neighborhood.... Please remove this listing from hotels .com it's not a hotel...」

「Good parking. OK location. Easy access to the freeway. The gym was definitely a plus. The individual AC in each room was great! The only bad thing was that the floors in the entire unit were very dirty. 」
