"This our first time to stay in Hyatt Zivas. The staffs are great, they are really help us with great service, the only thing that I don’t like is that the alcohol really bad! Example is margarita tastes cheap! The foods are great, the only one bad is Dozo, where the food is bad, bad sushi, especially sashimi. Overall we had a great time. All staff’s restaurants are great, the pool is great the room is great. Can we have discount for 2nd time?😊"

"We had a wonderful time at the Marquis. The room was lovely with an amazing view of the Sea of Cortez. The resort was beautifully maintained. The best part of the trip was the superb service that we received from the facility staff. We would gladly visit again!"

"Overall the staff was not very friendly. The resort is beautiful but it takes a couple of days to find your way around. The only orientation you will get comes with a two and a half hour sales pitch to get you to buy a timeshare. We refused so had to find our own way around. There are no signs on the property to help you navigate your way around but we found the best way is to take the golf cart shuttles. Food was about average. Some good some bad. They advertise a private beach but it’s unusable. The surf is dangerous and there is no swimming or beach activities. There is absolutely no entertainment. Nothing to do but lay around the pool and drink. That got boring very quickly. Left the resort on two different days and still found it boring. We were in bed at 8:00 every night out of boredom. "

"We had a great time. We had all of our family together even though we’re out of town. This was our second trip there the food was good not great, but the value is all there. The pool deck has slippery areas. You have to be very careful entering the pool if you are not using one of the stairs. The tile on the edge slopes into the water and makes it very easy to slip and hurt yourself."
