The 40 m² “Montafon” apartment was designed with attention to detail and combines modern design with comfort. It is the ideal retreat for 2 (4) guests who value quality and an excellent location.

Guest Access:
The key to the accommodation is kept in a safe. The code for the safe will be communicated by message in good time before arrival, so that access to the accommodation is possible at any time.
The detailed arrival and stay instructions are the ideal preparation for your arrival. With this information, independent arrival and check-in is possible without any problems.

Bed linen and a set of fresh towels per guest are provided as a matter of course.
Check-in takes place from 4 pm on the day of arrival and is fully automated via a key safe. We will send you the access code and further details on arrival in advance by e-mail.
Check-out on the day of departure must take place by 10 am. If you would like to check in earlier or check out later, this is possible for a surcharge of €10 per hour.
The house is a non-smoking house. We therefore only ask you to smoke outside the building.
Please note that an additional tourist tax is payable on site.

If you are arriving by car, you can load and unload your car directly in front of the house.
A few meters away there is a parking lot where you can park for 3 hours free of charge.
With your guest card you will receive a parking card for free parking in a parking lot 5 - 10 minutes away on foot.
