"Everything was absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff were amazing and went above and beyond. A tv was found to have been broken upon my arrival and I called down to express this (so it wasn't charged to me) and they promptly moved me rooms since there was no available replacement TV and this would need to be worked on in the meantime. The friendliest maintenance man greeted me with my keys to my new room and the best smile I've seen in awhile and was genuinely happy to help. The only reason I scored lowered for amenities was because there was no pool or hot tub or jetted tub suite (which is my own preference) however the proximity to the venue I was in town for was beautiful. The space was beautiful and everything went as smooth as possible. I will be back even despite the no pool as the staff and experience were perfect. "

"nice, clean rooms. great location, easy parking behind the building. only thing is you are right by the frat houses which get super loud over the weekends, their favorite bar is the pub that's connected to this hotel. but whatever, we're not super fancy and dealt with it. just something to note if you have young kids or really need your sleep lol"

"The air conditioning was not working properly, we called the reception, they say they will fix it but it was still hot so we opened the window."

"The room was clean and properly stocked. Property overall was very nice. However the heating system in our room was very very loud - it woke us up every time it turned on. It sounded like a large industrial fan was blowing - loud mechanical noise and loud wind noise. Very surprising in a hotel of this quality - not sure if this was just our room, but would not stay here again as a result. "
