「A lovely, relaxing spot. What really stood out was the staff—they were exceptionally attentive and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was straightforward but satisfying, providing great fuel for active days. The lagoon setting is gorgeous, and having direct kayak access along with a handy shop right next door made the entire experience seamless」

「I have stayed at Poza Clara Sanctuary several times, and it is the best small hotel in Bacalar. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast is delicious, substantial, with plenty of options. The garden and pool area is beautiful and relaxing. It is in walking distance to the lagoon and center of town. I highly recommend this charming little sanctuary, and I will certainly return.」

「El lugar está increíble」
