This was the best hotel I ever stayed in it was clean the staff was nice it even comes with a washer in the room which was different for me but in all I love the stay so much

Close to Shibuya district, walkable neighborhood and safe at night.

The front desk team is super helpful and friendly, and they speak great English. The rooms are very clean and a bit more spacious than what you’d expect in a typical Japanese hotel—they even have a microwave, a mini kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet. You’re close to lots of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores, and Okubo Station is just a few minutes away. We’d definitely stay here again!

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. I’ll certainly stay here again,

This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too. The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze. My only real complaint is that the laundry facility was too small. There were often 2 hour lines of folks waiting to get loads...

Compact as you’d expect in Tokyo area but jam packed with all the essentials. Location is great being steps away from the subway station and a 10 min walk from Shinagawa Station.(direct Narita Express train from the international airport) There is also a convenience store right around the corner as well as a grocery store near by. They offer a breakfast buffet for a fee as well. We made this hotel our home for 3 days, but would have been pretty comfortable even for a week. We will keep this...

We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

Our stay at Hotel Niwa made our Japan trip exceptional! As American travelers in our early 30s, we found this place to be a gem in Tokyo. The hotel's ambiance was simply beautiful, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for a city known for compact spaces. Its prime location, just a 5-minute walk from a JR line, made navigating Tokyo incredibly convenient. Extremely helpful staff, and an abundance of extras available in the lobby - skin and hair care products, toiletries, all complimentary...and i mean dozens of choices.
