"Staff were endlessly courteous and welcoming. Our themed room entertained us, everything was maintained to a good standard. My partner enjoyed the food, and the hotel made a great effort to accommodate my dietary request, but I found the vast quantities of food offered, overwhelming. We were there for Godzilla, and we were not disappointed."

"施設内でバーベキューができるのですが リビングと行き来するためのドアが薄くて隙間風が寒いし寒い時期はエアコンフル稼働でないと眠れない。乾燥酷くて加湿器を置いてもらえるとありがたかった。シャワー室しかなくて シャワーの水量弱いし体が温まらない。施設自体は綺麗なのに残念でした。"

"ゴキブリが2匹出ました。 自然の中なので仕方ない部分はありますが、ブラックキャップを置くなどの対策は無しです。 またタオルは全く水を吸わず、糸屑が全身につきました。 料理をする為の鉄板は温まるまでに相当の時間が必要で、下準備中に電源を入れたほうが良いです。 のんびりリラックスしに訪れたはずがストレス溜まって帰ってきました。"
