Cutest house with lots of upgrades and feels like luxury in the city. Very pleased with this rental it was the perfect location too

Not bad but not perfect

I really wanted to love this place. The house was clean, smelled fresh, and the rooms were spacious — all great first impressions. However, a few issues did affect our overall experience.The kitchen was very minimally equipped. The pots and pans were old Teflon and really need replacing. The shower wasn't working properly when we arrived, though it was thankfully repaired during our stay.Location-wise, the house is right next to a highway, so there’s noticeable traffic noise both day and night. Just a block away, there was a large homeless encampment, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable at times.We also encountered two major storms, which caused power outages. After the power returned, the fuses tripped and the water heater didn’t automatically restart, leaving us without hot water at night and again the following morning. It seems the system could use an upgrade to better handle power interruptions.
