"Definitely overpaid for the room. Shower had long black hair in it. Bathroom counter wasn’t cleaned. Bathroom floor was dirty. When barefoot, I could feel hard things in the carpet. Definitely wasn’t vacuumed. Room was also dusty. I expected more for what I paid. "

"I found the Sonesta quite nice. It’s clean, convenient to the Philadelphia airport, staff was cordial and shuttle readily available on the half hour. It is a concern that I was billed twice on my credit card. I was told there would be an extra charge in case of damage that would be returned if no problem, however I was not expecting two full charges. "
