Even though there was a big weddin happening and the guest of the wedding to be staying at the hotel. The staff handle the check ins and crowd effectively and efficiently.

The Westin was close to river walk which gave easy access to restaurants and entertainment. The hotel did not offer free breakfast, nor free Wi-Fi. We needed a rollaway bed and was told to request at check in , but they did not have any available.

Nice hotel in a beautiful area. But neither the phone nor the TV in the room worked! Staff came to look and said that the TV functions hadn't worked for months. He said he fixed the phone but it still didn't work. Really disappointing for such a high end property.
