Upon arrival to the house, press the RING doorbell on the front door for instructions how to access the lockbox for entry. At the end of the guest's stay, return the keys to the front door lockbox.
This is a NON-SMOKING house. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, neither INSIDE nor OUTSIDE. If there is evidence you have smoked in the house you will be charged a fee of $1,000.00.
A "guest" is any person who enters the house, regardless of the duration of their stay or whether they stay overnight.
NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE OWNER. A "party" is more than 6 guests without prior approval by the owner.
If your reservation reflects fewer guests than those that enter the house during your stay, you will be charged the extra guest fee ($85) per person, per night plus a $200 penalty (the $200 penalty will be waived if the owner is notified, and permission granted for the number of guests, at least 1 day prior to the beginning of the reservation).
If there is evidence that a guest has tampered with the exterior cameras or intentionally obstructs their view at any time during the guest's stay, the guest will be charged a $900.00 penalty.
The host reserves the right to require a security deposit to be held in trust during the guests' stay which will be charged through the airbnb platform.
Please refrain from walking on the lawn.
Immediately prior to checkout, please clean and return all dishes to the cabinets and clean off all the kitchen surfaces. An additional fee of $85 will be charged for failure to follow these cleaning instructions upon check out.
Close and lock all windows prior to check out.
