The advantage is that the accommodation is close to the train station, and a bus stop that is convenient for traveling to other tourist destinations is also nearby. The room was super clean and well-maintained, with complementary amenities (rice crackers, water bottles, etc.). There was a laundry machine, too, which was convenient. The proximity to both JR and Kintetsu Nara Stations (about 7 minutes on foot) was definitely a plus. I highly recommend this place for anyone.
