「Great staff, love the kickback snacks」

「severe cutbacks on room amenities. all bathroom features are awkwardly placed. property needs renovation. odd smell throughout. carpets not clean」

「Location.」

「I was very satisfied with this hotel in several ways. First of all, the facility was clean. The surrounding area was also very safe and secure. The on-site shop is open 24 hours a day, so you can conveniently get snacks and drinks at any time. The bar was also very comfortable. The only drawback is that there are not many restaurants nearby. 「Loved the large rooms. the staff was helpful. The only two things I would improve: 1. the valet area is small and not terribly convenient 2. the diffusers/scent might be a little strong. It smells nice, just intense. A wonderful place to stay in Cleveland, food was excellent.」

「設備が古い」

「プログレッシブフィールドに近くて良かったです。」

「ダウンタウン中心部から少し離れているが徒歩圏内で、施設自体は決して新しくはないが、その分価格帯も少し安いので、総合面ではよかった。」

「this is the second time to stay for us and both of the time we were very much enjoyed to stay. the club/bar at B1 is really cool and many party at the weekend and you can go to the rooftop bar AZUR in summer. great location. Not like famous luxury hotel but if you like this style like W, you would love this hotel.」

「This hotel was really grimy, dirty and so worn down. I had to change rooms upon arrival as my first room was unacceptably filthy. For the amount of money I paid I was expecting a clean room and friendlier dining staff. At the least. Would not recommend to anyone. (Also, most people staying here are seeking medical treatment. So having a dirty and rather unfriendly hotel to come back to was unpleasant.)」
